Your birth data, journal entries and reflections are among the most sensitive things you can share. We treat them that way. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have.
We collect the birth date, time and place you provide to compute your blueprint, your assessment answers, journal entries, check-ins, and companion conversations. We store your email for authentication (or your Google account if you sign in with Google).
Your data is used solely to generate and personalize your insights — the unified blueprint, AI synthesis, companion chat, daily prompts and pattern detection. We never sell your data.
To generate insights we send relevant, minimized portions of your blueprint and messages to our AI provider (OpenAI) for processing. They do not use this data to train their models under our configuration.
Blueprints are private by default. Public share links and community type stats are strictly opt-in, and community stats are aggregated and anonymous — never tied to your identity.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access to your profile is authenticated and ownership-enforced on every request. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support. Revoking a public link removes external access immediately.
Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card or PayPal credentials — only a record that a membership was purchased.
